    I am contemplating to buy your game Sudden Strike 4 on Steam. However, to promote this game even more (there was already a 15% preorder-discount) you made an app in which we could achieve an additional 10% discount.

    After a long period of playing your app, I was finally able to attain that discount code. I filled this code into Iteam, Steam accepted the code, but the price was not changed. I have contacted steam in order to solve this problem. However, they responded that the code was expired as soon as I had filled it into steam, and that it was not possible for them to reactivate an expired code. Therefore, I am sending you these email, in order to ask your help for redeeming my 10% discount code to buy this game for a total of 25% discount (10% discount from app + 15% pre-order discount).

    I get the discount code from this app and redeem on steam, they say I got the voucher but I can’t find it in my inventory, and I can’t use it for pre-order Sudden Strike 4. I try ro input the code again, they say I have already owned the voucher, but still no where to find it.
    There is another person, he has the same problem.

  5. Liebes Kalypso Media Team, genau wie bei Frenk out habe auch ich keine Möglichkeit, die zusätzlichen 10% bei steam einzulösen. Dort verweißt man an sie als Publisher und sagt, man habe keine Ahnung von einem derartigen Angebot.
